We started using Clubco a month ago. We have rented an office and also share common areas. I must praise the modern, well-equipped, and always clean coworking space. There is a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, coffee maker, etc.). The coffee is excellent. The space is great for meetings with the team and with clients. You can use the chairs and cubicles. I use the soundproof booths for phone calls. The Clubco staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My only comment is that there are no desks in the shared spaces, but you can get used to that. I am very satisfied and can only recommend it. Plus, it’s in the city center and easily accessible.

Clubco is a fresh, modern, and friendly space just a short distance from the center of Ostrava with excellent accessibility. We rented part of the space for a company event, and I must say that the communication and helpfulness on the part of Clubco was perfect. Nice and modern meeting rooms and offices, equipped kitchens, and plenty of nooks for phone calls. If you are looking for work or coworking space, I definitely recommend it.

Building

The IQ Ostrava building is perfect for business. It’s easy to get to, whatever mode of transport you choose. It has underground parking, a tram stop right in front of the building, and a bike-sharing station. Not to mention the fact that it’s close to all the city’s important places. The centre is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the train station is half an hour away by tram. And if you’re expecting clients, colleagues or superiors from abroad, Leoš Janáček Airport is just a twenty-five-minute drive away.

By car

For Clubco members, we offer the option of long-term parking space rental in the underground garages. Visitors can use the paid parking lot in front of the building or park at the NC Karolina / Kaufland parking area just across the street.

By public transport

The building is just a one-minute walk from the Náměstí Republiky or ÚAN (central bus station) stops. The Ostrava Střed and Ostrava Stodolní train stations are also within walking distance.

Yes, and we look forward to seeing you! We offer the first day at the coworking space (hot desk in open space) free of charge as a “trial day.” You can take your time to try out the environment and get to know the space and the community.

A flexible workspace in an open area. Plans are available for 20, 40, or 80 hours per month, or an Unlimited plan.

All plans are available in 3 variants:

Flexi – monthly, no commitment
12 months – more affordable price
Indefinite – 3-month notice period

Fixed Desk – shared office
Your own desk with storage space in a quiet shared office. Ideal for those who want the security of their own space every day.

Private offices
Fully equipped offices for individuals and teams. Short-term and long-term rentals available – from one day. We handle everything individually.

We are open 24/7 for members. You have access to the building and coworking space at any time.
The reception and our team are available on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Clubco is also open to the public (e.g., visitors or meeting rooms) Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

No reservation is required to enter the open space – feel free to come anytime. However, meeting rooms and fixed desks must be reserved in advance.
